DUREL at InnoTrans 2012
InnoTrans 2012 saw a great increase in the number of visitors and exhibitors as well as a broader international participation. During the trade fair, 2,515 companies from 49 countries presented products and services from the global railway industry to 126,110 visitors from 140 different countries. The number of attendees at InnoTrans 2012 even exceeded the record numbers of the 2010 trade fair.
DUREL, along with partners ETQ and Bureau Mertens, impressively showcased its portfolio in Hall 21 with a new corporate design, innovative ideas and a modern exhibition booth. DUREL’s redesigned corporate website was launched coinciding with the start of the trade fair. The website features useful information about products and services, news and events as well as revised technical data and comprehensive downloads on DUREL polymer spring products.
DUREL polymer springs are recognized in the global market for their outstanding quality. The feedback received on the trade fair was impressive. DUREL's knowledgeable application-related advice and wealth of ideas lived up to all expectations and became evident during talks with customers. The constant stream of visitors at the company booth surpassed all expectations and many international attendees learned about technical innovations or received solution-oriented recommendations that addressed their specific needs.
But it wasn't all about sharing knowledge. The festive booth party proved to be a particular culinary highlight where guests enjoyed a premium flying buffet, beverages and live music featuring “Dr. Feelgood”, in addition to establishing new contacts and participating in professional discussions or simply enjoying the party.
